How can Be Body Positive help me overcome disordered eating?
The aim of the Be Body Positive website & app is to support young people to identify and reflect on their eating behaviours and work toward a better relationship with food and their bodies through self-guided modules. Modules include exploring topics linked to food and eating behaviours and body image.

Pixel Thoughts
This is a sweet little cognitive reframing tool. It helps put problems into perspective and changes how we view them. After the one minute meditation, a chatbot comes on the screen - it asks for an email address at the end - you do NOT need to enter your email address to get further support. The bot will continue chatting and is skilled in supporting mental health challenges, and if needed can provide crisis numbers. they will connect you with a licensed MH professional if you sign up for their service.
